So excited to be telling you about the tours we've put together for you! I’m so happy ~ you are going to the BEST places! No driving on the wrong side of the road for you, my princesses! No worrying about hotels or luggage! Your only job is to relax, absorb, explore, and take lots of pictures so when you get home you’ll know this fairytale was not just a dream!  

I want to send my admiration and a big THANK YOU to Kelsey Matson from Discover Europe who made all this happen. She encouraged me to help design these itineraries but she did all the difficult organizing and coordinating! We wanted you to feel as if you were walking through the pages of my book A Fine Romance and I think we did it! I would find it difficult to choose between these eight-day tours that will all take you hill and dale through the English countryside, into history-filled manor houses and romantic gardens, charming tearooms and centuries-old pubs, filling your senses with inspiration and adventure. And I assure you from the bottom of my heart, you can draw straws and be perfectly safe ~ each of these tours is wonderful! It’s a win-win-win!

And for frosting on the cake, we’ll all be there to help commemorate the Platinum Jubilee for Queen Elizabeth! It’s history! In addition, on the last day, each tour will bring us back together to meet up once again for a picnic in one of my favorite places in England, Stourhead! Don’t we deserve this after all we’ve been through this last year? Oh Yes, we do! And we have almost a whole year to plan and prepare. Anticipation that includes butterflies is the BEST! We’re really doing this!

Travel isn’t always easy ~ nothing is normal when you’re far from home. Things don't always go right. Keeping your expectations low makes everything seem like a miracle, which it is!  We have to face the fact that we're not going to be able to find anything the entire time we’re away! Socks escape, scarves disappear, where’s my book, where’s my glasses??? But when you get home, you forget all that and just wallow in the fact you DID it, you enlarged your heart and soul, you found beauty, you made yourself smarter, you became an inspiration to others, you spread sunshine and made the people you meet love our country because of who YOU are: you saw the world! For the rest of your life visions of the moon sparkling over the water, flower gardens, and stone cottages will dance in your head.
